Handoffs get missed
A decision in one conversation depends on someone who never sees it.
AZIS is building a shared AI teammate that follows team context, spots work falling through the cracks, and proposes the next action—before anyone has to ask.
Decisions cross people, channels, and tools. When context is fragmented, missing handoffs and unresolved decisions become everyone's problem—and nobody's responsibility.
A decision in one conversation depends on someone who never sees it.
Blocked work and slipping commitments stay hidden until someone asks.
People repeatedly reconstruct context and remind each other what comes next.
Our product vision is a persistent team agent with shared context, proactive follow-up, and permission-based execution. The capabilities below are in development, not features of the current demo.
Planned: connect authorized conversations, decisions, and documents across tools.
Planned: detect missing handoffs, blockers, commitments, and dependencies.
Planned: suggest timely follow-ups with the relevant context and owner.
Planned: carry out permitted actions with approvals, controls, and audit trails.
Explore fictional team scenarios, then paste a dated work update to try local pattern matching. A separate Claude analysis preview is implemented and requires server configuration and reviewer access.
Public simulation: predefined scenarios and local pattern matching. Claude preview: server implementation available, activation and live evaluation pending. Slack, Teams, email connections, and automatic execution remain planned.
Paste a dated team conversation. Review possible approval blockers, missing owners, and dependencies with supporting source quotes. Accept or dismiss a suggestion, then copy a follow-up draft to send yourself.
The next evaluation uses Claude to interpret work context, identify possible follow-up gaps, and draft a next step. Quoted evidence is checked against the input; missing facts remain unknown. Users review every suggestion. The preview does not send messages or change team tools.
Fictional scenarios, local pattern matching, and simulated approvals. No AI calls in simulation mode.
Server code and review interface are implemented. Real model evaluation and customer validation have not been completed.
Authorized tool connections, recurring checks, approval-based execution, and audit history. These are not current capabilities.
Our initial target is project managers and team leads at software teams of 5–30 people. Before a release, they need to see which approvals or handoffs are unresolved and whom to contact next. This is our target customer profile, not a claim of existing customers.
Initial focus: review approval handoffs and prepare a confirmation request for the relevant teammate.
Initial focus: review dependencies before a release and draft a follow-up with source evidence. Connected tracking updates are planned.
Planned: keep decisions and project context connected across authorized team sources.
Our project began in August 2026. We are developing a proactive team agent for small software teams. Business registration in South Korea is planned; AZIS is not currently presented as a registered business.
